The whole idea

There's a difference between
being chosen and being seen.

Most processes make you feel chosen — warm words around a decision made for reasons you'll never know, by people who never read your work. Being seen is structural.

Being chosenThe old way
  • ·Keyword-screened by a resume nobody read closely.
  • ·Five rounds of meetings called rigor.
  • ·"We loved your background." No reason you can use.
  • ·"We went in another direction." That's the whole feedback.
  • ·The decision was made for reasons you never learn.
Being seenWhat we built
  • Someone looked at the actual work you produced.
  • It's scored against a rubric built for the role.
  • You're told what was strong and what was missing.
  • Feedback you can use, written by a real person.
  • Your work lives on your profile as evidence of how you think.

What you go through

Three steps to the gate.
Three more to bring you in.

No "tell us about a time when." We need to know there's a real match before we ask anything more of you.

Three steps to get past the gate
01
Step 1 · 5 min

Application

The basics. Where you are, how to reach you, what you can work on, what role you want.

02
Step 2

Work authorization

Confirm where you can legally work and agree to terms. A checkbox, not a hurdle.

03
Step 3 · 60–90 min

Day One™

A real scenario that mirrors your first day. You don't perform, you work. Use AI — tell us how.

Three more to bring you in
04
Step 4

QA check

One call with one person who already read your work. By the end, both sides know if it's real.

05
Step 5 · If accepted

POP Intelligence

Your operating preferences — how you work best. We don't filter on it; we use it to match you to clients whose style fits yours.

06
Step 6 · If accepted

Intro Video

A two-minute intro, not a marketing reel. Who you are and why you do what you do. Then you can be matched.

The moment it gets different

Day One™ is the audition.

Actors audition. Athletes try out. Musicians play before they get signed. In every field where performance matters, talent shows the work first and gets the role second. Corporate knowledge work runs it backwards — Day One™ fixes that. You use AI, we expect it, and we score you on judgment, not on whether you used a tool.

Our manifesto

How we hire at SupaHumans.

Hiring should answer one question: can this person do the work, and do it well? Everything else is theater. So we built a process that answers the question and skips the theater.

The standard process punishes the wrong people. It rewards the candidate who interviews well over the one who works well. It runs five rounds of meetings and calls it rigor. It uses personality tests built in the 1960s that haven't survived a single serious replication study. We removed all of it.

This isn't an AI story. It's a talent story.

The lowest use of a human is acting as an expensive API for repeatable tasks. The highest is judgment, taste, and knowing what actually matters. We hire people who use AI like a native language, who run instead of walk, who think under pressure — and who can be a voice in the room. That's not a soft skill. It's the most important one.

Most people won't go through this. It's more work than clicking apply. We like that. The candidates who go the extra mile to be seen are the ones worth seeing. The funnel is the filter, and we designed it that way on purpose.

Before you apply

What you're probably wondering.

Is the Day One™ simulation unpaid work for you?
No. It's a scenario built to mirror the real role, not a project we use. It exists so you can be seen for how you actually work instead of how well you interview. The work you produce becomes evidence on your profile that goes to clients — working for you, not for us.
Can I really use AI on Day One™?
Yes, and we expect you to. Just tell us how you used it. We don't penalize leverage. We score judgment, tone, and output quality — the things that show whether you'd do the work well. Using AI like a native part of your workflow is exactly what we're looking for.
What if I don't get matched right away?
If you're accepted, you stay in the loop with opportunities that fit your profile. Your Day One™, your POP, and your track record live on your profile, so when the right client comes through, you're already proven and ready to be matched.
Do you only hire from certain countries?
We're global. We source primarily across the Philippines, Latin America, and more — and we don't pigeonhole talent by region. You're evaluated on your work and matched on fit, then priced around your desired rate plus real benefits.
What happens after I'm placed?
You're not dropped in and forgotten. After two weeks you'll do a Fresh Eyes™ exercise — a strategic read on what's working and what could be better — which makes you a voice in the room, not just a task-doer. We gather feedback throughout so the partnership keeps getting stronger.
The funnel is the filter

The candidates who go the extra mile to be seen are the ones worth seeing.

It's more work than clicking apply on LinkedIn. We like that. If you do your best thinking when the brief is real and the stakes are clear, this is your moment.

The category shift

Hiring isn't a staffing problem.
It's a knowing problem.

Agencies, BPOs, and job boards run the same play: collect resumes, push bodies, hope it sticks. They compete on volume because they never could compete on certainty. We built the thing that replaces it.

StaffingThe old category
  • ·Agencies, BPOs, VA shops, job boards.
  • ·Resumes and interviews as the signal.
  • ·Paid to fill the seat, then gone.
  • ·Every hire starts from zero.
  • ·Margin protected by a flat monthly price.
Talent intelligenceThe new category
  • One platform that learns your company.
  • Real work as the signal, scored before review.
  • Paid to make the match last, measured at six months.
  • Every hire makes the next one better.
  • Priced around the person, not the margin.

You've been here before

You've hired a VA. Offshore.
Nearshore. It didn't work.

Not because the talent was bad. Because the work gets split between an agency and you, and no one fully owns the outcome. We own it.

The way it usually goesBefore
  • ·Candidates apply to an ATS and get screened by hand.
  • ·You or a recruiter interview the same person several times.
  • ·They interview well. Interviewing is its own skill.
  • ·You hire them. Two weeks in, the work isn't there.
  • ·It cost you time and money, and the role lands back on your team.
The way it goes hereWith SupaHumans
  • We know how a candidate performs before you see them.
  • You review real work, not a self-written resume.
  • Every profile is matched to how you actually operate.
  • A custom onboarding plan ships with the placement.
  • 98% are still there at six months.

The engine

It starts with your Hiring Brain™.

The Hiring Brain™ is the model of your company the platform runs on. We build it live on one call, then every match draws from it. Three inputs, then we run.

01

Your company

What you do, why it's worth working for, and what a great hire looks like inside it.

02

How you operate

You and I don't work the same way. We map your operating preferences and find someone who moves like you and complements where you're stretched.

03

The role

What's required, what's nice to have, the tools, the outcomes. Then we run on requirement one.

Your Hiring Brain™

The model of your company,
running every match.

Built live on one call, your brain holds everything the platform needs to match for you — and every Day One™ and Fresh Eyes™ makes it sharper.

  • Core requirement match, visible

See exactly where they hit your must-haves and where they don't — scored, not summarized.

  • The Day One™ simulation

The exact scenario every candidate runs to show how they'd perform for your role, reviewed against a rubric.

  • Operating preference & complement

How they work, and how that fits you. Mismatched preferences kill more placements than mismatched skills.

  • Why this is a match

A plain read on the fit, written by the person who reviewed their work — with tools, experience, and a video intro.

The process

Simple on your side.
Heavy lifting on ours.

01
Step 1

Build the brain, live

One call. We build your Hiring Brain™ in front of you and start on your first requirement.

02
Step 2

Review real work

Profiles land in under 72 hours. You review work and fit, not a stack of resumes.

03
Step 3

Pick & onboard

You choose. We move to onboarding with a custom plan to make the partnership work.

04
Step 4 · Day 14

Fresh Eyes™ & feedback

Your hire delivers a strategic Fresh Eyes™ review. Feedback continues from there.

The moat

The system gets smarter with
every hire you make.

This is the part no agency can copy. A competitor can imitate any single feature. They can't imitate the intelligence you've already compounded.

01

A hire goes in

Matched off your Hiring Brain™ and proven on a Day One™ built for your role.

02

Fresh Eyes™ feeds it back

At two weeks, the hire returns a strategic read on what's working and what isn't. We capture exactly why the match landed.

03

The next match is sharper

Your 5th, 50th, and 500th hire come out of a brain that's been learning your company the whole time. Each one beats the first.

Pricing, transparently

We price around the person.

A flat monthly rate exists to protect a margin and decide what a person is worth before you've met them. We price on the candidate's desired rate plus real benefits, so talent keeps what they earn and you see exactly what you're paying for.

Candidate's desired rate + real benefits

No region tax. No nationality discount. No fixed box. The price varies because people do.

We got answers
Before you ask

The questions every
burned buyer asks.

How is this different from the agency I already fired?+
An agency screens resumes and sends you people who interview well. We prove how a candidate performs on a simulation built for your exact role before you ever see them, then match them to how you operate. You review work and fit, not a resume and a gut feel. And we stay in it after the placement, which is why 98% are still in seat at six months.
What if the hire doesn't work out?+
We catch it early. At week two, every hire delivers a Fresh Eyes™ review and we're tracking the fit from day one. If something's off, we know before it becomes your problem and we make it right. The match is our job to keep working, not just to start.
Where does your talent come from?+
We source globally, primarily across the Philippines, Latin America, and more. We don't pigeonhole talent by region. We match on proven output and operating fit, then price around the person.
How fast can I have someone?+
Profiles land in under 72 hours of your first call, and you can onboard the same week. The call is where we build your Hiring Brain™ live, so the matching starts immediately.
What does it actually cost?+
We price on the candidate's desired rate plus real benefits. No flat monthly box, no region tax, no hidden markup designed to protect our margin. The price varies because people do, and you see exactly what you're paying for.
One step to start

Book a call.
We build it in front of you.

Why a call instead of a form? Because you've been burned by promises before. So we don't make one — we build your Hiring Brain™ live, on the call, and you see the proof before you commit to anything.

Our manifesto

How we hire at SupaHumans.

Hiring is broken, and most of the world has learned to live with it. We didn't build SupaHumans to live with that. We built it to replace it.

The standard process punishes the wrong people. It rewards the candidate who interviews well over the one who works well. It filters by keywords on a resume nobody reads carefully. It runs five rounds of meetings and calls it rigor. It uses personality tests built in the 1960s that have not survived a single serious replication study. It ends with a hire the company is not sure about, a candidate who is not sure either, and a 90-day window in which both sides quietly hope it works out.

This is how we hire, why we built it this way, and what it means for the people who go through it.

The thesis

Hiring should answer one question. Can this person do the work, and do it well? Everything else is theater. So we built a process that answers the question and skips the theater.

Three steps to get past the gate. Three more to bring you in. No multiple interviews. No robotic AI interviewer. No DISC, no Myers-Briggs, no Predictive Index. Those tools were built for a different era and they have not aged well. What we built instead is a process that lets you be seen for what you can actually do.

What you go through

One. Application. You tell us the basics. Where you are, how to reach you, what you can work on, and what role you're interested in. Five minutes. No essay questions. No "tell us about a time when." We don't need that yet. We need to know if there's a real match before we ask anything more of you.

Two. Work authorization. You confirm where you're legally allowed to work and agree to our terms. This is a checkbox, not a hurdle.

Three. Day One™. This is where the process becomes different from anything else you've done. Day One™ is a structured 60-to-90-minute scenario built to mirror what your first real day in the role would actually look like. The brief is specific. The deliverables are real. The work you produce is the work we evaluate. You use AI. We expect it. You tell us how you used it. We don't penalize you for being efficient. We penalize the absence of judgment, not the presence of leverage.

Four. QA check. If you make it past Day One™, a real human on the SupaHumans team gets on a call with you. One call. Not three. Not a panel. One conversation with one person who has already read your work. By the end, both sides know whether this is real. If it isn't, you get told why. Specifically.

Five. POP and Video Intro. If you're accepted, we ask for two more things. Your POP — your Personal Operating Preferences: how you actually work best, when you do your sharpest thinking, how you process feedback. We don't use it to filter you; we use it to match you to clients whose working style fits yours. And a short, two-minute video introduction. Not a polished reel. A real look at who you are and why you do what you do.

What's different

There are no multiple interviews. We don't believe a candidate's quality reveals itself across five rounds of meetings. We believe it reveals itself when you watch them work. So we watch them work, once, in conditions that mirror the real job, and we make a call.

There's no AI interviewer. We tried them. So did everyone else. They're awkward, unnatural, and they reduce a candidate to a transcript nobody wants to read. We removed the layer. And there's no keyword matching, no DISC, no Predictive Index — filters built for a world where companies hired at scale without thinking carefully about anyone. We're doing the opposite.

What we look for

People who use AI like a native language. Not people who have heard of ChatGPT — people who have AI woven into their daily workflow, who know how to prompt, evaluate output, and use their own judgment to edit, enhance, and ship.

People who run, not walk. People who hear the brief once, get to work, and ship before anyone has to follow up. Talent that does the work and tells you when it's done.

People who think under pressure. The ones who notice the broken process and fix it without being asked. Who flag the risk before it becomes a problem. Initiative is the single biggest differentiator between a great hire and an average one.

People who can be a voice in the room. The lowest use of a human is acting as an expensive API for repeatable tasks. The highest is judgment, taste, strategy, and knowing what actually matters. We hire people who bring fresh eyes, push back when something doesn't make sense, and make the team they join smarter. That's not a soft skill. It's the most important one.

How the world's best have always been chosen

Actors audition before they get the role. Athletes try out before they make the team. Musicians audition before they get signed. Chefs cook before they get hired. In every domain where performance actually matters, talent shows their work first and gets the role second.

The only domain where this is reversed is corporate knowledge work. Resumes get screened. Interviews get scheduled. People get the role first, and prove they can do it after they're already in the seat. That's the anomaly. Day One™ is what fixes it. It's the audition. It's the moment where you show what you can actually do before anyone makes a decision about you.

Chosen vs seen

There's a difference between being chosen and being seen. Most hiring processes make you feel chosen — they lean on warmth, belief, and the language of belonging. None of it is structural. It's emotional decoration around a decision made for reasons you'll never know, by people who never read your work carefully.

Being seen is structural. It means someone looked at the actual work you produced, scored it against a rubric, named what was strong, named what was missing, and made a decision you can actually understand. We built SupaHumans because the talent worth hiring is tired of being chosen and never seen. Once you've been seen, you don't go back.

What this means if you're a client

The question on day one of the engagement isn't "did we hire the right person?" It's "what should we have them work on first?" That's the difference. We don't place a SupaHuman and disappear. We stay with you through Fresh Eyes™ at week two, through ongoing check-ins, through every signal that tells us whether the match is working. If it isn't, we know early and we make it right.

You're not getting a resume. You're getting a person whose actual work has been reviewed, scored, and validated against a rubric specific to the role you're filling. You're getting their POP so you know exactly how to set them up to win. You're getting a video introduction so you meet them as a person before they walk into your business. That's the bar. We're not lowering it.
